We began building dulcimers in 1973. We produce approximatly 100 dulcimers per year. Our dulcimers are custom made for individuals like you, one instrument at a time.This concept ensures that more quality and attention to detail is given to each dulcimer built. However, we supply music shops on a limited basis.
The building process begins with rough lumber. There are no kit-parts or pre-cut materials used. We do all the work ourselves, beginning with the milling of the lumber.
The dulcimers you see pictured on our website are examples of what we can do. Get in touch with us and we can custom build your dulcimer in many cases offering you a choice of woods such as Black Walnut, Wild Cherry, or Maple, to name only a few. |
